Southside Community Partners Workshop: "QuickBooks the Basics"

Event Description

Want to save money and time by streamlining your accounting tasks?  This workshop is geared for folks with little to no accounting experience or new to QuickBooks and would need to setup an accounting system from scratch.  This workshop will provide step-by-step instruction to allow participants to gain familiarity with the software.   A review of the basic rules for accounting will be covered which are required to effectively work with the software.  Nonprofit staff that performs bookkeeping work as well as some of the management and board members would benefit from attending.  Participants will come away being able to set-up their bookkeeping system with a good understanding of basic accounting procedures.  Instructed by Ms. Melody Stone, CPA, MBA.

 

Workshop will be held in the HMA Room inside the Hopewell Library.
